@Frostcloud I actually became more scared that I was going to kms if I didn't come off the drug.

Even unmedicated, I've had bad ideation and even attempts that only failed because I didn't have the energy to walk those last few steps or a random woman spotted the barefoot teenager running through the streets crying hysterically and took them back to her home to talk.

I know I cut my feet doing that run - though not to the point where there was blood everywhere. They just stung like mad for a week or two because I was re-opening the wounds as I walked afterwards.

I've been bad again recently and I told both STBX and Curtain Guy why I was on the edge as well as having Curtain Guy remove a method from my desk for me.

It's not the only method in the house (I live alone now and spend over 20 hours of my day alone most days, so methods and time aren't problems for me), but it was the one I was most likely going to be using - so having him relocate it for the night helped me in that moment.

@HootyTheNightOwl different medicine helps different people. i hope you can find a means of help whether it's a different medicine or a different means of support

@Frostcloud I have since found out that Prozac makes Bipolar symptoms worse, which was a fact that I found interesting - especially when many people with Bipolar disorder are often diagnosed with depression before their Bipolar is found.
