Chickens really don’t care about their eggs when they’re not fertilized 😮
I was all cautious while grabbing a hen's egg, thinking she was gonna flip out, before their keeper told me “Just grab it! They don’t care.” Sure enough, lol.

I had one hen who was in mad heat trying to hatch her eggs, she cared a lot haha. I already had a dozen chickens, so I couldn’t afford to have more hatched.
