In my experience most insects don't make any noise at all. Some birds are very talkative. We have lots of sparrows here and they congregate in bushes twittering at each other.
@ninalanyon Every evening there is a flock of New Holland Honey Eaters that chirrup away, having multiple conversations with fellow members of the flock. Lovely to listen to and observe.
