how grateful i am to have just a sliver of bed to sleep on
because the little creatures in my life think the safest place to rest is pressed right up against my side

Awe! This is my bedtime life too! My ratty (terrier) sleeps at the end of my feet, my doxie sleeps behind my legs and my cat sleeps next to me on the covers. And my husband sleeps on his side. Lol all the animals sleep on my side.
@SW-User my heart!!! my chihuahua is always under the blankets around my legs. my lab sometimes likes to be the little spoon. but when my cat wants to sleep with me he always wants to be by my face, so my lab ends up against my back then my cat in my arms
