Visiting The Same Ducks Daily In Pittsburgh
They really like this foodless water fountain, and standing on the ledge where the water runs feom the inner fountain to the outer.
It's all nasty recycled river water, but 90% of the time they are standing facing west into the Ohio River, where it starts, the other two sides, the Monogahala and Allegheny Rivers largely get ignored in terms of the directions they stand and stare off in, but when I do see them fly off, it is to these two side rivers and not the Ohio where they usually sit looking off into.
And they really seem to like people, and I never see people feed them. It's a foodless abode and they hand out there with the people enjoying the fountain.
I tried petting one, wasn't ready for me to do that just yet. I might have luck with a canadian goose who stuck it's tongue out at me today on the walk back. Was making funny faces.
