If it's morally acceptable to kill animals for the sensory pleasure of eating meat, is it also ok to kill them for other sensory pleasures?

i.e. some people might enjoy hearing their screams or listening to the sound of the blood spurting out of their slit throats

There's people like that, actually there was some talk about reddit groups that have thousands of followers in which people share animal torture stories and get off on it. There's a lot of those people out there and often times they look perfectly normal. They could be a dad or a mom or your sister or your brother or your friend and secretly doing that.

So that's a good point you made, I mean why isn't it okay? I obviously think it's wrong but for the people who honestly enjoy animal torture (which there is a lot of, just look at how many members those groups have) they would tell us the same thing you did. Who are we to tell them that they can't enjoy it but we can slaughter cow's throats for meat?
