How shoulde I properly milk a pigeon?

I hath one humble pigeon. I expect it to produce dairy. Its been almost a month now. It seems to struggle to produce any. Could you kindly suggest a solution to this?

Like chickens! Bring around a male pigeon and then you can milk them! Careful though they might start laying eggs! 😆
