How shoulde I properly milk a pigeon?

I hath one humble pigeon. I expect it to produce dairy. Its been almost a month now. It seems to struggle to produce any. Could you kindly suggest a solution to this?

Dunk the bird in a bowl of milk, then wring it out.

@bowman81 Pigeon milk is the food parent pigeons barf up to feed their young. With out it the baby pigeons would die. I raised baby pigeons and bought commercial pigeon milk which I administered with a needless syringe. The babies all survived and were released to the wild.
