Can Dinosaurs be brought back? Or could animals be genetically engineered to look like dinosaurs?

How possible do you think it is for the government to create dinosaurs in secret and have them on some sort of island like how the scientists in the Jurassic Park/World Franchise did?

They wouldn't do it because of our safety and their welfare. Although they may partially grow an embryo in a laboratory for analysis purposes of course. 🙄
