I have not seen bears right in cities, but lived in areas where bears were common. What I see in the city now is foxes, deer, owls, lots of turkeys, ducks, rabbits and other critters. lol
@SW-User Im learning from the locals here that it happens quite often bout' this time of year. Cool tho' that other animals are around your area.

@Trippin Yep...colder weather coming... I don't see the turkeys or ducks much now. I'd think it's the time of year animals do what it takes to survive the colder weather coming. Chipmunks here are stocking black walnuts and bird seed. I think it's typical of all living creatures, including people, to do what it takes to make it through.
@SW-User One of the ranger dudes told me just that... Before the harsh winter hits this area the bears constantly search for and eat whatever they can. Even out of trash cans.

@Trippin It's life... more like how it was all meant to be. I'd say it's why many of us plant gardens and collect the fruits and veggies...
@SW-User Indeed. One day... Not sure what I will attempt to grow, but I do know Ive an inner garener that longs for even a small piece of land that is my own. 馃檪
