Is it possible to recreate the genetic makeup in dino dna to be able to revive the dinosaurs and prehistoric aqautic reptiles to bring them to life?

I think that too much time has passed for them to get complete dna, though scientists are or were working on bringing back other animals from extinction (deextinction) https://www.britannica.com/science/de-extinction
