Have to stop naltrexone for now

I confirmed it with my plastic surgeon. He said I need to get off naltrexone for weeks after my surgery because I will be on pain medication. So I tried calling the nurse at the recovery place I go to and of course it goes straight to voicemail. She never responds to me. So I guess I’ll have to figure this out on my own. I’m not really sure how to taper off it and I hope it’s not awful.
