Alcohol withdrawal

I’m five days sober from alcohol. Been on detox meds. So today I had some massive spasm/throbbing pain that radiated to the base of my skull. I couldn’t do anything but try to breathe for a solid 5 minutes. My question is.. does that sound unrelated? It happened out of nowhere
