I haven’t drank in a while and it doesn’t bother me

As an alcoholic myself, you'll know when you are. Believe me. But when you find yourself drinking a lot, it's good to take a break from drinking before you get to that point. I always said I'm not really an alcoholic when I would drink heavily, until one day, I found myself craving it, getting shaky and unable to sleep when I wouldn't drink and before I knew it, I was getting a liver resection before I even reached 30. Despite that, I still relapsed and am struggling with alcoholism all over again. It's too late for me as far as the addiction aspect goes, but hopefully it doesn't ever become so for you.
