Gratitude for freedom from addiction

In another 12 minutes, I will complete Nineteen years Clean, meaning complete abstinence from all mood altering substances.( After three decades of getting high, being high, the fun, the frustrations, the pleasure and pain, self-destruction and hopelessness)
Grateful to friends who have been through the pain of addiction and have helped me find freedom.
Wish others may find this freedom, too.
