I Have An Addiction

Not me smoking weed while doing my homework. 🙃
I smoke all day, everyday. Still work, pay my mom rent, do chores, go to school and pass all my homework. I’m getting into medical coding and will start an internship once I’m done in a month. I’m a very high functioning weed smoker. But I know I need to stop.

Do you still dream?

That was the hardest side effect of weed for my friend. His brain could not process and relax anymore, so he felt he had to continue his addiction. This may have been an individual idiosyncratic response, I don't know.

I hope you still dream, and will kick the addiction before it happens to you.

Knowing and feeling a sense of need is the biggest hurdle to any addiction response.
Good news - Your addiction is purely mental and not physical.

That means you have all the power to end it or modify it to suit your needs.
