3 days since I last had some ๐Ÿบ I really want some now but I know I shouldn't. Any tips to help with this, the cravings and such?

You do not need help, if u do not drink all the time. It is ok. Maybe do a bet with friends to see of you can not drink for so many days/week(s)..and if u lose u need to do something, either embarrassing or pay money to them. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ [/c][/b][/i][/u][/center][/big]

Get a case of seltzer waters

It helps somehow. They are fizzy and have a bit of a bitter background taste and you can get pretty much any flavor you like. Great part is, thereโ€™s no sugar or calories in it

Is non-alcoholic beer triggering? Because that seems like the closest substitute. Iโ€™ve never been into booze but I used to take Kratom to help myself deal with withdraws.
