Relapsed on Fentanyl and lost my job, lost everything. Should I go to detox or go cold turkey on my own? Btw I'm not attention seeking or anything like that. Just can't think for myself at the moment and need some solid advice. Idk what to do...

Do your best to avoid, suboxine or methadone. Those are harder for users to kick than oppiates.

@checkoutanytime i was that person. I was put on methadone for pain management. Then morphine and fentanyl.
