@Viper Nope. Not still doing this ironically. I think it helped greatly but the therapist decided to quit. She's no longer with them. Someone got in contact with me about finding someone else but its hard for me to choose to open up to new people so....

@Viper thanks for the concern. It's easy to feel in over my head or too far gone...i might revisit this
