Curly fries

So one or two days a week this girl I work with gives me arby's curly fries when I get to the preshift meeting. I complimented her on her motorcycle one morning and she offered to take me for a ride. Is this what friendship is? Are we dating now? How long should I wait to ask her to move in? Should I find out what her name is first? I don't know how people do this 🤔
