I’m largely indifferent to how people think of me, but I can also empathize with those who get upset with people providing their narrow-minded judgments on them and then saying they’re entitled to their opinion. But they’re not entitled to their opinion, they’re entitled to their informed opinion. One is not entitled to be ignorant.

At the same time, I see your point and feel even if one is being rude and judgmental, that’s all the more reason why one shouldn’t get bent-up over it. People should have thicker skin, especially when it comes to the input of others. Besides, one who judges always expresses more about themselves than they ever do the people they’re judging. I implore others to think about that.

This is a public forum. I think all participants should be able to contribute their opinion, as long as it's on topic.
