she’s renting the basement from my next-door neighbours that just moved in about six months ago.

I’ve seen her three times in the last month so I think she just moved him and she wears big dark sunglasses and a big hat and a big coat even when it’s 35° outside and she just stands at the bottom of the driveway and waits for her taxi to pull up to take her to wherever she’s going. I waved at her on two occasions and she doesn’t wave back
