she’s renting the basement from my next-door neighbours that just moved in about six months ago.

I’ve seen her three times in the last month so I think she just moved him and she wears big dark sunglasses and a big hat and a big coat even when it’s 35° outside and she just stands at the bottom of the driveway and waits for her taxi to pull up to take her to wherever she’s going. I waved at her on two occasions and she doesn’t wave back

The thing about spies is that they look nothing like spies.. Spread the rumour that she is going to be a surrogate mother for the couple next door. I guarantee within a few days either the couple, or the woman herself will be on your doorstep with as full briefing..😷

lol...maybe on halloween dress up the same way as she does and wait at the bottom of your driveway....hopefully she's there too. then you could look over to her, tip your hat and ask....
