I would think doing that means one is dwelling on the past and thinking of what might of been instead of what it is.

Well, my ex wife is blocked: no calls, email or text.

It simply means, “Don’t contact me.” You’ve been forgotten. Life moves on.

Better show up at their house, maybe they lost your number
