I usually achieve my main goals in the long term. However, I let myself down by taking more time than I should due to pain and depression. Overall I tend to be good with the things that are linear and I can control.
Everything else tends to be difficult. For instance, health problems and emotions as well as relationships, all non-linear and hard for me to influence. Insomnia is another example. It's like trying to keep a sand castle up.
The worst part is that I am blamed for letting myself down in ways that I cannot necessarily change. Much of this is part of a personal 'foundation' in life that takes luck to fix and transforms exponentially.

@LifeOnHardMode who blames you?

Now this being(me) can't be easily let down.
It's not that I was always like that. I faced many problems in life. I don't talk about that. But in a way those things made me strong at the end.
