Thank you for the gift and comment. It was very sweet. 🖤
@SarahAndSamantha that’s why it’s LGBTQ. Some people balk at gender groups being included with orientation but not me. We are all small groups of the greater majority population. We need each other. And trans are for LGBTQ as Jewish is to minority race. Y’all unfortunately are the canaries in the coal mine. So goes bigotry towards Jewish folks, so goes bigotry to all racial minorities… just as so goes trans rights, so goes all minority LGBTQ rights eventually. Bigots go for the easy target first… and then everyone else they hate. We cannot let them divide us up.

@JustGoneNow I've been hearing a lot about the "Drop the T" types. I say, that's fine, drop us. And when the focus goes from us to the other letters, and suddenly they want all the support they can get....we'll be here to support. We'll stand right along side. Because the ones like you are worth 1000 of the Drop the T ones. And worthy of far more. And beyond any of that, it's the right thing to do.
beyond any of that, it's the right thing to do.

Amen 🖤🙏

Bad photoshopping, but if I were to get a tattoo, it'd be this, only drawn better :P

I hope the symbolism is clear
if you see the film "Three Women" its about merging identies and some interesting dialogue and footage about twins and personal identity issues. Not without some odd humor. Robert Altman conceived and directed it. I'm just mentioning that cause your writings remind me of the eternal search for more authentic selfhood that I at least find valuable in life.. thank you for your wonderful contributions.;=)

I'll have to look it up. Thank you.

@Wearelivinginamadworld Honestly, you have nothing to apologize for, seriously. Your opinion on the matter is just as valid as mine. I admit, I got snarky, but you have to understand something about me. I'm actually kind of involved in the horror genre in a way. I meant it when I said horror is a catharsis. I truly see it as a celebration of the human spirit in the face of adversity (Good vs evil). I am an artist who focuses on horror themes and someday will open a haunted attraction. So, interactive horror movie, basically. A haunted attraction, while focusing on dark themes, is a way for people to face that darkness, that fear, and overcome it. People feel good when they get through. Stronger, able to face more. This is a GOOD thing.

So, when someone tells me my celebration of the human spirit is evil, yeah, it gets under my skin.

Also, I meant it, I was raised Christian, practically in a church. I've read the bible many times more and more intently than a vast majority of christians. I admit, I don't consider myself christian anymore, I feel a closer connection with 'god' than that.

You don't have to agree with my beliefs on religion, and I will never try to pull you away from yours.

Oh, and one more thing before I go, I actually think it's great that you spread the word of your beliefs. The ONLY real issue I had was you assuming I had no idea what I was talking about. My interpretation of god and the bible may be different than yours, but I'm not blindly spouting off nonsense without having knowledge. My beliefs are the culmination of a very long journey to find the truth as I understand it.

Truly, forgive my snarkiness. But, I stand by everything else I said.

Blessings

Sarah
