I am going to be a guest on a national podcast in a week or two to discuss my experiences with autism and to discuss needs of older adults with ASD.

You really should not take life for granted. This is coming from someone who has almost lost its life twice from medical situations. Show compassion.

Over the course of a month, I lost my job due to health, I had a seizure in which I did not think I was going to make it, and I had a death in family.

Honestly could use some support from people.

So sad to see a family member that is dying of a terminal illness it's worse when a doctor says they cannot do anything else.

I saw this on one of my colleague's walls in its office and we should all try to do better with this, "Judge Less. Love More"

It's actually great I was able to volunteer at the district court for a few months and now I have an attorney on my side as one of my colleagues.

I have autism. I may be different, but I'm still always a person. I have dealt with epilepsy and thyroid problems too. All of us battle issues period.

Be grateful for where you all are in life. Be kind to people wherever you go. Try to be open minded. Don't be mean. Can you try to do that? Thank you.

Underwent total thyroid removal surgery a couple weeks ago and it was very successful! I am feeling a lot better. I am hypothyroid permanently and on thyroid hormone replacement medication for life but it's manageable and treatable and I feel great!
