if I ghost you, it doesn't mean I hate you, I view forums and chats like a constant party that you rarely truly leave,
at parties and gatherings, it would be weird if everyone said hello/bye every there was a pause, a distraction, a change in who you were interacting with, etc
It's just, online the pause is longer than in real life
