@Claudianovotny But it is so heavy! During a trip a man asked me to use his camera a photograph he and his wife. I was shocked at how heavy it is. I am nearly 78 years old, so I can't handle that as well as when I was younger. The weight of the D810 with battery is almost a kilo, my Z50 is 446 g with battery, less than half. The pancake lens, the standard on the Z50 only another 135 g and the 50-250 is only 405 g.

Yes, I get that totally. I had a D200 previously and that was a lot lighter but no where near as good. I do admit the D810 makes my elbow ache if I carry it for a long time. I tend to wrap the strap around my wrist then hang it from my fingertips by the body grip

@Claudianovotny I have a sling-like thing we for my D3400. I bought it so I could more comfortably walk with it on me, ready to shoot. The regular Nikon strap is a joke for that.
