Going to Church on a Sunday!

As a scientist it might seem strange that I'm a Christian, a Roman Catholic, but I get spiritual succour from celebrating the Mass (not that we can just now) where science gives me proof of the physical wonder of the universe!

Morning Delight!

I prefer ground coffee to instant, no comparison in taste, and strong with the tiniest amount of cream! No sugar! Just turn the coffee to absorb the cream three times with a teaspoon. Delicious!

The circumstances of my visit were different, but the ocean was the same! Power! Raw power and majesty! I recommend it! Surf,boat or swim! It's magical beyond your full realisation, certainly nothing we experience anywhere else!

Diarmuid gets these spicy sausages, which he serves with fries and onion rings, and mixed beans all in a spicy sauce/shake! It's a yummy dinner!
