What is behind accounts saying: Females Only?

I find some females accounts here have a note on their profile saying: Females Only. It sounds to me more as trap accounts to the females, look kinda fake, ladies be careful of these accounts.

Open minded comes with limits

This header of being open minded freaks me out when it doesn't have boundaries. Like how far should a person go. I also don't expect others to be open minded without limits.

Search filters for groups

I want to be able to filter groups by numbers of members. As many groups here which have zero to very few number of members.

I don't feel thirsty

It is true, I don't feel thirsty except when I do hard effort. I can spend days without drink much water. Now I learned to force myself to drink water 2-3 litres everyday. Now I feel more energetic and my mood is much better.
