I Wish People Were Kinder To Each Other
Online... I used to play a few games online, and never before have I seen people be so rude to one another. It almost put me off of online gaming forever. At the time I was playing DotA online, and people would get angry if they are losing. They would curse and belittle and degrade each other.
Then, as if reading all those mean things weren't enough, all the mean people got voice chat. So then I had to listen to them yelling hurtful things at each other. The only reprieve I got, was when they were yelling in a language I don't understand. So I stopped online gaming completely.
Then DotA 2 came out. I was stunned at how polite the people playing it were. So I gave the online community another chance. Then I found EP. Never before have I seen people online behaving so well. Even the perverts I shot down were decent enough about the whole situation.
So I want to thank EP. I might wish that people were kinder to each other, but at least on EP, my wish has come true.
