@Kinevi1 That's great. We can't hold our past selves responsible for anything we may not agree with now. They did what they knew to do at the time they did it. Best way I see it is to forgive that self and keep working on your present self.

Not really. I tried so hard to avoid situations that might lead to moments of embarrassment that I can barely recall something that would shake me deeply.
