I Battle Depression and Anxiety

You never realize just how bad a combination these two are until you're going through both. I can say I certainly underestimated it, lol.

Yeah, it sucks all right. I get terrible anxiety at times and it is oppressive but I am one of the lucky ones who has distinct and clear triggers for it that I can easily and happily avoid without any conflict or limiting what I want to do.
