I Battle Depression and Anxiety

Racing thoughts... random moments of sadness... apathetic yet anxious... resulting in insomnia and blowing small problems out of proportion. It's like hell, I can't get out of it. It makes me a complex and paradoxical person and I absolutely hate it. Depression mixed with anxiety really is hell. :(

No one understands it unless they've been through or going through it

I know that feel. Seems like the cumulative pile of your failures surround and drown the things you got right. There's always something you didin't do fast enough, good enough, could've done better, you were rude, they think you're an ass, and all that. I hear the med route works, like actual meds from a doc. I've not tried it yet, but I am tempted.
I have always found that making an inventory/list of the challenges helps wrap my mind around everything.

@SomeLikeItHot Thank you for the suggestion! It could help me :)
@MissJida I believe that you have to stare the problem down and let it know who is boss to avoid depression.
