I Have Alot of Sadness In My Heart

Here comes the sadness. I have been trying to sleep, but I can’t. So much for the start of 2020. I want to think positive, but it’s a struggle at the moment. 😑

Write it. Write everything down. It helps. Like therapy.

Burn it or keep it if you want. But always, always, remind yourself it's alright to cry but choose to keep fighting again. Give yourself a good cry. Then tomorrow, you fight again.

When I am at my saddest, I kneel down and open my heart to God. That's the best time to pray.
