These are collard greens stuffed with guacamole, chicken and spices,wrapped in Swiss cheese and covered with tomato Sauce. Placed in pre-heated 350F oven for 5 -7 minutes.

@Gumba1000 A rather bland vegetable as for taste, but there are many recipes for their use. Taste? I’d say a taste just short of bitter, but if you blanch it then sauté it in olive it’s and garlic it perks it up a bit.
