Is Genetic Engineering against God and Christianity? Why or Why Not?

JupiterDreams · 31-35
Not so much about God but.... I find it silly that a person would want to choose their kids eye color for example, because I'd think that's part of the fun of having a kid, is seeing what they look like naturally...

But if you're having something genetically removed like the possibility of cancer or mental illness, I don't know why anyone would be against that... Christian or not 😯

They're trying to play God while they don't realize who created the Universe to begin with.

Religion is a social construct, that just not as social as it was

The Bible says nothing on most things in the world and it says nothing about this. But it does say: "... but sin is not counted where there is no law."
So if the Bible says nothing against it it is not a sin.

God gave us free will. We can do whatever we want...as long as we are willing to pay the consequences. I am thinking about GMO dwarf wheat and what it is doing to our bodies.
Nature is both beautiful and disgusting, the weigh point of perspective of all presented, is why I believe a God is so "difficult" for a + or - 50% group of people out there in the web'S.

The apostle Luke was a Physician. But I understand the question. It seems every new advancement in medicine someone is accused of playing God.

@Quetzalcoatlus Or anything, really.
I think it's a matter of people's sensibilities. I've yet to hear a single passage of the Bible that says anything about the issue.
