@heyitsemma No, but I was told that switching it up, focusing on different muscle groups from day to day would give each area rest. I’m seeing how that works out.
Housework, yard work, when healthy enough. I do walk our county road with a garbage bag and pick-up tool. Litter is a pet peeve. About to sign up for Tai Chi on ZOOM, free thru the VA.
