@SW-User amazing. My mom was first diagnosed for gallstone and that's where she got covid. Her situation worsened and we had to admit her to the hospital. She kept on throwing up even though she didn't eat anything because of that gallstone. 3 days were absolutely hell for us. She needed to eat but she could not. I feel so lucky that she's made it. Can't wait for her to be home.
Yes, they're very precious.
It's sad to see how some people had abandoned their parents. I talked to some people in the hospital and one of the natives of a nearby town was their attendant. He made a call to the son of the woman who was admitted and he said 'I don't care. I hope she dies too like my brother so I get to have all the property.'
I don't get where people get this from. Parents deserve love. Exceptions exist of course.

Wow. That’s incredibly cruel on his part. I can’t even imagine. Things like that are heartbreaking.
I’m really glad that your mom is getting better. Yes, when their health deteriorates everything seems vague and you can’t help but panic. The important thing is to try as much as you can to stay strong and hopeful. In those moments you cling onto the tiniest shred of hope. When they make it, you feel like you need nothing else from this world. @SW-User
