I Don't Know What to Do
So i was on a skype call with a friend playing Total War when i get a message from my ex saying and i quote "WHY THE HELL DID YOU DO THIS TO ME" before changing the username and status to offline.
It immedietly made me feel really shitty inside and my friend told me to ignore it and focus on the game as to not think about it but now i feel like shit because I don't like hurting people.
Im also afriad shes just bored and wants to hurt me but then again i dont know who she is anymore. And it could be a friend of hers idk.
Do i confront her or ignore and hope that the several months of silence continues and i dont breakdown again or get "sick" etc.
Either way il probably lose all progress to getting "better" and collapse into a shell again
