Is this a good diet to get lean and low body fat, like around 15% body fat ?

there is missing to much information to evaluate if someone would lose weight with this diet, mainly portion sizes, but also what kind of fruit are we talking ab out (bananas, pineapple and mango are very sweet, not good fruit for dieting), what kind of protein bar (some are high in sugar and meant more for body building others are meal replacements made to lose weight), what is in the protein shake (same consideration as for the protein bar). this diet seems low in low-carb vegetables and too much protein. it looks more like a body-building diet. I wouldn't recommend this diet personally.

Depends on portion size and activity levels. There is a lot to nutrition and weight loss, but thermodynamics triumphs, always.

@Biffed Pretty high impact if you’re starting off bigger. Cycling is better, but $$.

Tbh even the skinny lifelong runners I know are nursing weird injuries.

@Biffed You want to get another fifty years out of those legs, maybe mention those pains to a doc next time you’re in, make sure nothing is going wrong.
