Can kidney disease affect the nervous system?

I feel weakness in my entire body
GerOttman · 61-69, M
Yeah, it sure can. If the kidneys are filtering efficiently, the whole body starts falling apart.
GerOttman · 61-69, M
@Lonewolfie I think there was supposed be a 'not' in there but that way works too
Lonewolfie · 26-30, F
@GerOttman okay so im not crazy when i said it can
GerOttman · 61-69, M
@Lonewolfie no, I just type slower than I think.
CharlieZ · 70-79, M
It can.
But the feeling of weakness don´t necessary imply it is happening.
See a doc, ASAP
I wouldn't be surprised, but is't not likely your weakness is caused by kidney disease.
Lonewolfie · 26-30, F
@PhoenixPhail yeah i do have kidney problems
@Lonewolfie If your kidneys aren't filtering out toxins like they should, then that raises the likelihood that your weakness COULD be caused by your kidneys. Has it ever been suggested you go on dialysis?
Lonewolfie · 26-30, F
I know you hate going to doctors. So many of us do. But in this case, I think it would be wise. Has it ever been determined what the kidney problem actually is?
xixgun · M
Everything's connected. So, odds are.
Lonewolfie · 26-30, F
@xixgun what do u mean by odds
Dlrannie · 31-35, F

Lonewolfie · 26-30, F

FurryFace · 61-69, M

TJNewton · M

TJNewton · M
@Lonewolfie No i didnt mean you i mean't it's pathetic you have to pay to see a doctor
Straylight · 31-35, F
