I Always Make the Wrong Move In Love and Relationships

05/04/18
Update- Things improved, basically he forgave and forgot. He is an amazing person, and I am lucky to have him in my life. <3

I have been under a great deal of stress lately, and it finally exploded. Of course it resulted in a fight with my husband, which I didn't want... just coming down from being so angry sucks because it's followed by immediate sadness, and remorse, and then of course, depression.

It doesn't happen often but when it does, I hate it. And right now I hate myself. I have a short fuse and bad temper, and he was in line of sight, and my horrible temper got the best of me and I took it out on him. He fed it back, but overall I made him feel like shit. :( Sometimes I feel like I don't deserve him. Especially, right now..

Try to find a way to get that stress out, I know it's not easy at times. But it's better than keeping it in and exploding like a volcano and then regretting it. Also, you're under a lot of stress, genuinely explain that to him and apologize and work to release your stress in healthier ways.

@Peaceful thank you. I'm definitely trying. Our oldest is special needs and his insurance won't cover his meds at the dosage they need to be as set by his old psychiatrist. (We moved back home 7 mos ago) and due to this he is on 2 hr schedule at school, we get no break and he has had multiple episodes. The past week has just been harder than others and I finally reached my limit. Thank you again for your advice!

@ImOnlyMe84 I'm so sorry to hear this. It's terrible what these insurance companies do, I cannot fathom how frustrating it must be for all of you.

You have so much on your plate, please be gentle with yourself. ❤

@Peaceful Thank you I am trying. ❤ Baby steps

that happens to the best of us, so tell him you're sorry and it'll all be ok. He should understand
ImOnlyMe84 · 36-40, F
@SagePoet Thank you. We talked, and he was a little upset that I took it out on him, and for that I felt horrible. I was just extremely angry and he happened to walk right into the path.

He said he was over it, I do feel like it's not quite true yet, but I know it will be a thing of the past soon enough.

Thank you again for your kind words! ❤

Hope things are back on the upswing? As a married man here - don’t be too hard on yourself. We always hurt the one we love
ImOnlyMe84 · 36-40, F
@Ambroseguy80 They are now. I suppose this was my side of the feelings, and how I perceived it all. We are as if it never happened. We are strong I know, but emotionally I have a hard time. I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, with that I am harder on myself and always second guessing what I say/do and said/did. Thank you for your support and understanding and kind words <3

ImOnlyMe84 · 36-40, F
I have been on this site, for a while now, and I was on the previous one they called EP or Experience Project, I transferred when this one started up. I like it. It has its moments, and so do the people.

@SW-User Thank you, I have made great strides since then. I am feeling better, I have been seeing a psych and got back on meds for my bipolar and we are doing amazing! :D I know I needed to work on my patience, and it still isn't much better but my anger has dimmed, and I am better at communicating. We have only had one disagreement since then and it did not last long. Thank you for the kind words! 🥰
