I Always Make the Wrong Move In Love and Relationships

05/04/18
Update- Things improved, basically he forgave and forgot. He is an amazing person, and I am lucky to have him in my life. <3

I have been under a great deal of stress lately, and it finally exploded. Of course it resulted in a fight with my husband, which I didn't want... just coming down from being so angry sucks because it's followed by immediate sadness, and remorse, and then of course, depression.

It doesn't happen often but when it does, I hate it. And right now I hate myself. I have a short fuse and bad temper, and he was in line of sight, and my horrible temper got the best of me and I took it out on him. He fed it back, but overall I made him feel like shit. :( Sometimes I feel like I don't deserve him. Especially, right now..

Try to find a way to get that stress out, I know it's not easy at times. But it's better than keeping it in and exploding like a volcano and then regretting it. Also, you're under a lot of stress, genuinely explain that to him and apologize and work to release your stress in healthier ways.

@Peaceful thank you. I'm definitely trying. Our oldest is special needs and his insurance won't cover his meds at the dosage they need to be as set by his old psychiatrist. (We moved back home 7 mos ago) and due to this he is on 2 hr schedule at school, we get no break and he has had multiple episodes. The past week has just been harder than others and I finally reached my limit. Thank you again for your advice!

@ImOnlyMe84 I'm so sorry to hear this. It's terrible what these insurance companies do, I cannot fathom how frustrating it must be for all of you.

You have so much on your plate, please be gentle with yourself. ❤
