I Am Bisexual
[b]This is just me rambling about issues:[/b]
I've only bothered to tell a few of my friends (and only because they're gay/bi too) but even though none of us are against telling people, we don't go around telling others because where I'm from its not even a legal thing lol isn't that great and despite the fact that the general youth population is pretty open, we are surrounded by homophobic adults, and it's just way better to keep a low profile.
It's such a pain though, I have a crush and I can't tell if she's into girls or not and I can't ask either because things like this spread like crazy because the school is hard pressed for gossip and they'll take anything.
Also theres the part where people say they're ok with homosexual people, but then when you show signs that you're straight they're like 'oh phew', like..... heh? I mean if my crush will date me, I'd have no problems going 'hey sup guys we're dating, sry I didn't tell you guys sooner but I didn't think it mattered unless I was dating someone,"
I mean I feel like if I wasn't dating anyone and I came out, then some people would start getting awkward around me and start wondering if I like them, which would be annoying and weird sighz. So yes, I'd definitely wait till I started dating someone to inform the rest of my friends around school. (I wouldn't bother telling my parents, I'll only inform them once I've graduated and moved out and independent of them so that I can ignore their threats or wtv)
I feel like one of my friends suspects that there's something going on between me and my crush. Like when someone asked me what my crush's bag looked like she went "ohhhhh yesss Nikole would know" and she gave me a look like ahhh, firstly that's not even true because I stare too much at my crush's face to notice her bag so I don't know what her bag looks like.
and when I was talking about my friend getting her boyfriend to carry her so she could see during a concert, this friend of mine said "why didn't you get Kal (my crush) to carry you?" and I jus laughed super uncomfortably cuz I was like "omgomgomg she knows smth istg" ahahahaha.
I don't really know if she's just being super innocent and she just thinks we're close friends or if she really thinks there something between me and Kal, but all her comments really catch me seriously off guard. She's like super christian though so I don't know if she'd even be thinking along those lines.
She really gives me this feel like, if Kal and I ever get together, she's gna be unsurprised and be like 'oh honestly I thought you guys were tgt wayy before this alr" ahaha
I mean I see Kal at least once a day in school, and we text at least once a day, even if it's to ask a random homework question ( we don't share any of the same subjects so you can imagine how hard that must be but nope we still have homework questions to ask each other isn't that amazing ) or like to talk about a funny thing that happened that day or smth.
Ahh idk, Kal should just get tgt with me so I can go confront all these issues ahaha.[big][/big]
