How do you believe you’d feel if you killed someone? Wether by accident or on purpose? [I Am Curious]

Do you believe you would cope well?
Would you hide the incident or confess?
If you were convicted of the murder, where would you go from there with the remainder of your life?
Do you believe there’s anything in the world that can provoke you to consider committing the act of murder? If so why? And if not, why not?

I've thought about killing my sons father more times than i could count on two hands and feet. i'm not joking either. he was very abusive. i thought about poisoning him constantly. the only reason i didnt was his slime ball ass wasn't worth going to prison for 😌

@DeluxedEdition how about a vacation on the hilltop next to a deep gorge....
you can always return back alone crying like hell on losing him ???
DeluxedEdition · 26-30, F
@KA9ha cry for a minute 🤧

@DeluxedEdition how can you help it if his foot slipped on the ledge as he was doing stunts to impress you ???
show up at my house with a pizza with pineapple on it, they'll never find your body.

I’d kill for my family easily and keep going on with my life. I can be very uncaring and heartless and never look back.

depends entirely on circumstance... i would kill to protect my family, my country and, of course, myself.

i would kill to protect friends.

i would kill to protect unknown women and children from serious harm.

and i would kill to protect men who could not protect themselves from deadly attack.

how would i feel? pretty bad, in all probability, but justified.
With my previous experiences with death, I honestly didn’t feel sad or anything, just very neutral and numb. I would reckon I would feel the same way. I am the type of person who rationalizes everything to reduce guilt. If I did it on purpose “they shouldn’t have upset me”, if it was an accident “it was an act of God, not me.”
I would hide it if I can, of course. Unless it was a public accident.

My mothers uncle purposely committed murder, he only served five years. He lived a normal life afterwards. I would reckon I would do the same or spend my life in prison- angry.

Yes. I thought about whacking my previous abusers.
@MorbidCynic Are your abusers still in your life in some capacity?
@Seventeen I cut them mostly off. My grandmother still lives with us and she really triggers my eating disorder 😞
@MorbidCynic I hope your health revives in full.

Depends on circumstances... Murder someone in cold blood? Never!
Kill someone who's looking an innocent person ... Different story
@ozgirl512 Typo?

@Seventeen just a big one lol.... Change looking to attacking ;)

{@seventeen] no i would not cope i have hate and loathing if i kill an insect accientally . no i do not think i go go out to kill anyone in cold blood . but saying that if enough provocation never say never. who knows how the human mind works when whipped up to provoke so much anger and hatred to want to go out and commit a crime like murder
@smiler2012 You could be provoked to fear as well.
A lot depends on circumstances. An accident that was my fault would weigh heavily on me. The only other likely scenario for me would be killing someone who was going to harm me or my family .. which I would imagine would have far less impact on me.

Criminal murder is a very unlikely scenario for who I am and how I live my life.

It depends on the situation. I'm no longer called in for jury duty since I had the prosecutor explain why murder is illegal. I have a few examples of people who needed to be killed for the greater good.

If I killed someone who was a danger using lethal force to defend myself or family ... I’m not sure I would have much remorse .

Now if I killed someone as a result of my negligence or inappropriate actions ... I would be devastated .
bowman81 · M
All killing is not murder. I have killed. I have coped. Neither is particularly easy to do. Whether I have coped well or not? For the most part I have. It is an ongoing process.
@bowman81 What were the circumstances behind your killing?
Ingwe · F
I think we all are capable
TheLordOfHell · 41-45
@TheLordOfHell What parts have you incapable of knowing how you would feel or react yet?
