I Often Feel Like Life Isn't Real

You shouldn't have to feel that way :-(
Introspective analysis.., that's what my husband says I should do from
Time to time. In Texan , that means " you need to stop what your doing and look at all the ways you are screwing up".

He tells me that when I put my head on his shoulder to complain about things ( At work usually) And when I do it, he's actually right.,, and I really hate that 😉

Unintended meanings to things I say or do come back to bite me later.

Put yourself out there. Join an exercise class after work, meet some new people ... Get out of your rut... Change something in your life.., hair, makeup, clothes, weight... Anything at all. Staying in your comfort zone isn't working ... Time for a new plan 👍👍👍

I ask these all of the time. I do not know how to get the answers...not even where to begin.

Well to tackle the meaning of life...one must have coffee...which I need to get.

I feel almost exactly as you do. I don't have a family to care for. I do not have any friends. I pay bills, but feel like there is no purpose to life at times and wonder why I am here. I have been to school and sometimes feel like there is nothing to do except that. True happiness has left my life and I wonder if it will ever truly be found again. Life has given me so many questions and seemingly more answers to find.

The meaning of life is to realize you have an opportunity to do with your life whatever you wish and use your time circling the sun in whatever manner you deem appropriate. In other words, you have been given a gift and now you can use that gift for any goal or experience you desire.

We are here to connect/experience/change and we get to know ourselves, in the end we become who we're meant to be..and a dove just flew/crashed into the window , how strange!

There are somethings that we cant define , we have to experience. Life is an experience. Its a balance between your heart and brain.

I'm often wondering the exact same things, but sadly I can't give you the answers either because I too haven't found them yet.

Ayy man. You dont always need someone to find meaning. Try to do new but simple things.
