I Am Letting Go And Moving On

[big]My mom is finally moving on.[/big]

I convinced her that three years of grieving over my dad is enough. She's only 40 and she's still pretty, so she's back in the market for some nice man. 馃挌

It had to be tough for you. I lost both parents by your age. I never really got over it.

It was tough because we has just just moved to Canada and were left destitute. It must have been worse for you.

Not really, we were not destitute, so it was psychological, still is. My mom died when she was only 42, I was 11. Dad died when he was 52, I was 20. I had a sister and stepmother then. I took a job on campus, went to a free college so much we did okay financially. I still think of my folks, how sad that they never saw me grow into a man, to see their Grand children.

@samueltyler2: My mom and I were totally broke after the funeral. We ate scraps for over two years and lived in the worst place. This is our last month in this apartment.

Will you then be homeless? Where did you move to Canada from?
SW-User
@samueltyler2: I'm moving into my own place, and my mom is moving somewhere else. We're from Ireland.

Why did you move to Canada, where in Canada?

I assume then that the financial problems worked themselves out. Great do you have any other family? Do you both work, go to school?
