Hello this comes from my own channeling and what I have learnt. I posted this on another site 1.5 years ago. Hope you enjoy.
Underneath the shoulder blades we have a chakra on each side. The left side of the body is connected to the spirit, right side to the physical.
Between the shoulder blades lies the center of your heart chakra.
Around the shoulder, neck and throat area we store our worries, doubts, burdens and many of our traumas. When we move from one lifetime to another we sometimes carry traumas and worries with us. The shoulder blade chakras deals with our burdens connected to this subject.
The right side deals with pain, burdens and trauma from this lifetime and the left shoulder with burdens and pain from other lifetimes.
A trauma occurs when we are exposed to a situation so stressful, that we loose control over it..
Many people feel pressure and knots around their shoulders and loves to be massaged in this area. A lot of stress is released and we feel lighter afterwards. When someone else is giving and intimate touch to this area, or when we are doing excercise such as stretching, we can experience emotions of relief, such as anger, laughter or crying. This is a sign that we are releasing these stuck pains and emotions.
Our throat chakra deals with worry and the shoulders, we tense them when often when we are stressed and have many burdens. This area of the body is also in the energy center of the heart. Experiences such as heart break and loss is felt both within the throat and the heart.
To release burdens and pain from this and other lives we can imagine these two centers as being wheels which spins, we want to soften these balls of energy up in order to release what is within them. To connect past times to this present time, imagine moving the energy back and forth between the shoulders like you have a ping pong ball bouncing back and forth. In this stage you might feel resistance, thoughts and memories coming to mind and emotions surfacing. This exercise might be painful and stressful as you are digging deep.
Imagine the you are opening your heart both in front and back to let your love pierce underneath your shoulder blades. Do be understanding and patient with your mind and emotions as they are trying to translate the signals into your awareness. Be careful not to judge what comes up. Your past life burdens might be presented to you in various ways.
Example: You might have had a lot of responsibility over your family and loved ones which you couldn't cope with. This might be presented as though you are carrying a bucket of water on your head, you might loose your balance and drop this water on the ground, as water is a symbol for emotions.
To heal this type of trauma, you can imagine walking back to the water well, fill your bucket and walk slowly back meanwhile holding tight onto the bucket. See yourself managing this task. Take time to let this burden be released in its own phase, do not rush. Observe the sensations, if you see a vision of yourself- what do you look like? Look down at your feet or your hands- are they the same as you look today? Thank the you that you are in that lifetime, for the lessons and strength it has given your soul to expand.
By healing these burdens of past lives in this present time, you are also healing the past. These two chakras are your wings, they are like a portal to that lifetime - that you are flying over timelines with. Remember that there is no past, no future. Everything exists right here and now. As you are working with your past lives, you are working with the present moment, you are jumping timelines. They all lie parallell to each other.
I am aware that some of you experience that you have non physical wings, there is a chance that what you sense is actually these chakras.
